Chuck Hill
Managing Director
Charles Hill is a founder of SRC and its Managing Director. Prior to founding SRC, Mr. Hill was the President of Charter Capital. Between 1998 and 2007, Charter Capital originated $2+ Billion of financings including senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture structures. In addition Mr. Hill has acquired a number of investment properties for his own account. Charter Capital was also a partner in a Securitization joint venture with ING Real Estate. Prior to joining Charter Capital, Mr. Hill was senior vice president and head of the commercial lending division of a regional bank and was Vice President in the mortgage and investment banking group of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles, a Law degree from Southwestern University and has completed post-graduate studies at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Eddie Lorin
Managing Director
Eddie Lorin founded SRC as an offshoot of his efforts in building one of the most active real estate companies in the United States since 2001, JEM Realty Advisors. He has more than 22 years of experience in investment real estate. Since 2001, JEM Realty Advisors has been the exclusive acquisition advisor to a large national apartment company where he led the acquisition of 130 properties; 25,000+ units contained in over $2.2 billion in real estate. Prior to starting JEM, Mr. Lorin has been solely responsible for the acquisition of more than $700 million in office, industrial and apartment community assets. Mr. Lorin managed and leased class A office buildings and retail space for Douglas Emmett/Jon Douglas Commercial and sold various sale-leaseback properties with Damon Raike & Company. Mr. Lorin also spent 8 years in the asset management and development of 5 million square feet of shopping centers and industrial complexes while employed by private, entrepreneurial Los Angeles investors. Mr. Lorin earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1988.
Greg Salyers
Partner
Greg Salyers is currently responsible for the Acquisition and Asset Management of multifamily properties located primarily throughout the West Coast. Prior to joining Strategic Realty Capital LLC, Mr. Salyers worked in the Acquisitions and Finance group at Charter Capital and JEM Realty Advisors based out of Los Angeles, CA from 2003 to 2007, where he was involved in the acquisition and finance of over $1 Billion of multifamily investments. Some of his major investment markets include: Austin, Dallas, Houston, Southern California, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Seattle. Prior to Charter and JEM, Mr. Salyers worked as a mortgage broker in residential and commercial real estate lending. Mr. Salyers holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University.
Andy Park
Partner
Mr. Park is currently responsible for the Acquisition and Asset Management of multifamily properties located primarily throughout the East Coast. Prior to joining Strategic Realty Capital LLC, Mr. Park worked in the Real Estate Acquisitions group at JEM Realty Advisors, based out of Los Angeles, CA from 2004 to 2007, where he was involved in the Acquisition and the Financing of over $500 Million or 6,000+ units of multifamily investments. His primary investment markets include: Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Chicago and the Gulf Coast. Prior to JEM Realty Advisors, Mr. Park worked as a Junior Asset Manager at MJW Investments, Inc., based out of Santa Monica, CA. Mr. Park earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) and obtained his Broker license in 2004.
Howard Song
Director of Asset Management
Mr. Song heads the Asset Management division of Strategic Realty Capital. Prior to joining Strategic Realty Capital LLC, Mr. Song worked in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group of Wells Fargo Bank where he was involved in the management of more than 70 assets totaling $1B+. Prior to 2008, Mr. Song worked in the acquisitions group at JEM Realty Advisors, Inc. in Los Angeles, where he was involved in the acquisition of over $500 Million of multifamily investments on the West Coast. Some of his major investment markets included Denver, Las Vegas, and Northern California. Mr. Song also worked as an analyst at Health Sciences Group, a biotechnology investment firm based in Los Angeles. Mr. Song received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. During his tenure at UCLA, he held internships at Citigroup and Alliance Capital.
