Multifamily Division

The SRC Multifamily Division targets value-add or distressed apartment communities in supply constrained markets across the United States. SRC focuses on assets priced far below replacement costs and discounts to peak 2006/2007 values that have potential for rental gains through improved management and/or interior and exterior renovations. The typical hold period for any multifamily investment is five to ten years. SRC will consider single assets, portfolios, distressed properties, REO's, receivership sales, short sales and non-stabilized lease-up opportunities.
 

Target Acquisition Criteria

Type: Garden, Townhouse, Mid-Rise, and High-Rise Communities
Vintage: 1980's product or newer
Location: "A" or "B" locations, primary and secondary MSA's
Size: Minimum of 100 units
Price: $5M to No Maximum
Financing Structure: All-cash, Agency debt, Bridge debt, HUD loans, & Loan assumptions
